Jerry Myane began his career in Real Estate in 1976 in South Texas.
After moving to Blanco in 1985 he became an agent with a local real estate office. In 1987 Jerry purchased that office and the firm of J. Myane Realty was established.
Jerry’s career spans more than 30 years of focused experience throughout the Central Texas Hill Country. He possesses a broad base of knowledge and understanding of all facets of the business and is focused on Hill Country Real Estate and Ranch Real Estate throughout the area. Honesty, integrity, confidentiality and respect for buyers and sellers is the mantra by which Jerry practices real estate and he instills those beliefs in all of his agents.
Bill has been actively listing and selling Hill Country properties since joining Jerry Myane in January 2001. He brings to the table an extensive technical background that includes mechanical engineering, aviation and ranching. Bill lives on a small ranch near Fischer with his wife Barbara Kay and a dog named Sue. They are members of Blanco United Methodist Church.
Born and raised in Kendall County, Texas. Mel still lives on the family ranch near Kendalia. She and her husband of 33 years have continued to work the ranch while raising two fine sons. Mel has a lifetime experience in the ranching business and over 6 years active experience in the land and ranch management business. She also has experience in running a successful small business.
Mel received her real estate license in 2012 and has been an active real estate agent since. She is highly qualified to assist you in all your real estate needs.
